Engineering Technologies Canada Ltd. (ETC) is an award-winning engineering consulting firm and manufacturer of unique electronic devices and systems for the environmental sector. The company is based in Stratford, Prince Edward Island (PE), Canada.
ETC has two divisions: an Environmental Consulting Division and an Electronics/Manufacturing Division.
The Environmental Consulting Division specializes in innovative and affordable decentralized water and wastewater management for rural municipalities and developments. The firm has provided award-winning solutions to municipal, governmental and private sector clients throughout Atlantic Canada. ETC offers consulting services comprising initial feasibility studies through to final project implementation including detailed design and construction oversight.
As a result of ETC's extensive involvement with the design and operation of wastewater management systems, the firm identified the need for better electronic monitoring to improve the operation and reliability of on-site wastewater treatment and effluent dispersal systems. ETC responded to this need
by developing a line of innovative monitoring devices which utilize state-of-the-art electronic components to maximize memory and storage, and minimize power consumption and device size.
ETC's Electronics/Manufacturing Division also provides product development services to external clients offering consulting, hardware and software design, through to complete turn-key manufacturing.
ETC offices are located in Stratford, Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Stratford is across the Hillsborough Bridge from the capitol city, Charlottetown.
Head straight out TransCanada Highway 1 past the new "Sobeys" and "Home Hardware" stores, and take a LEFT onto the Mason Road. (The RCMP office, Comunity Fire Department, and John Deere dealership are all on the Mason Rd.)
The next right is the entrance to the Stratford Business Park. Turn RIGHT onto Hollis Ave and follow the road around to Myrtle St.
