The Federation of Canadian Municipalities has published a video of ETC’s award winning “Victoria Water and Wastewater Pilot Project”. The Community of Victoria in PEI and ETC were jointly awarded the 2011 Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Sustainable Communities Award in the Water Category.
